The Volunteer Bridge Program will not be offered as a pathway to UT in Fall 2022. Students currently enrolled in the Volunteer Bridge program who meet program requirements will still be eligible to transfer to UT.
Incoming freshmen who are eligible to participate in this program will receive a personal invitation from the University of Tennessee Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

If you are interested in this program, you must first submit an application for admission to UT.
As freshman, students will begin their studies with Pellissippi State Community College (PSCC) in the fall. Upon successful completion of the program, students will transition to UT for their sophomore-year coursework and beyond.
While in the Volunteer Bridge program, students will receive student IDs from both PSCC and UT giving them access to nearly all student services, activities, and resources at both institutions throughout their freshman year.
Volunteer Bridge students have the option to live together on the UT campus as part of a Living & Learning Community (LLC).* Read more about the Volunteer Bridge LLC. Volunteer Bridge students are also eligible to live off campus and be classified as commuter students. Off-campus housing options can be found at commuter.utk.edu.
