What excites you the most about being a Peer Mentor? What excites me most about being a peer mentor is I get to tell students my firsthand experience with the program as well as meeting+helping students from all different backgrounds.
 
Why do you think FYS 101 courses are important? I think FYS 101 courses are important because they are like an introductory chapter to college that help get students accustomed to a new part of their life.
 
What is your favorite activity to do in Knoxville? I love going on the beautiful hiking trails in Knoxville.
 
What is your go-to snack food? Sushi for sure.
 
Give your best piece of advice for first-year students? Don’t be afraid to reach out for help with anything. You have people who are there to help you succeed and advise you.
